[MiQP-Mail] Annual MiQP Pre-warmup to be held this coming Sunday

If you would like to get into the swing of a QSO Party before next month's
MiQP, you might want to point your beams/wires/verticals this way for the
Wisconsin QSO Party.  It will be held on Sunday March 14th from 1800Z-0100Z
(only 7 hours).  There is an unprecendented number of mobiles out this year -
and I'm betting that the action will be quite good. (CW mobiles have already
identified 68 of the 72 counties, and I expect the last 4 to fill this week.)
Most activity will be around 7050/14050 and 7230/14290.
