[MiQP-Mail] Isabella confirmed for 2005 MiQP

Greetings, all.

I have just received permission to operate from Isabella County. 
I will be operating fixed portable for the entire 12 hours. My CW 
is rusty, but I will be on CW as well. 

Mobiles that were planning to operate from Isabella county can 
cross it off their list if they want.
