[MiQP-Mail] Questions?

Hank,

All of these things have already been done by the MiQP communciations 
manager, Mark Hinkleman, NU8Z.  This work started way back in January.  The 
MiQP announcement has also appeared in the ARRL Michigan Section 
Newsletter.  Mark also usually posts something to e-HAM.  Finally, I will 
start sending announcements to CQ-Contest this week.
