[MiQP-Mail] JACKson Activation

It looks as though I will be able to represent JACK on a very limited fixed basis.  Look for me sometime after  2230z on or about the 40 meter listed freq's.  Phone only, but possible cw on request.  Remember this is only a definite maybe hi hi.  All depends on when I can get out of work tonite.   Good luck to all.
