[MiQP-Mail] miqp pLANS

I'm getting excited about the MIQP which is only 
7 weeks away.  This year I plan to operate S/O
mobile from the following counties:
CASS
BRANCH
CALHOUN
KALAMAZOO
VAN BUREN
ST. JOSEPH
My plans are to spend over an hour in each 
county during daylight and then hit as many as
possible again after dark.  Several of these were
last year's rare ones so this should help out.
