[MiQP-Mail] Announcement Of A New Plaque for MiQP 2007

The MiQP Committee is pleased to announce (first here on the MiQP 
Reflector) the availability of a new plaque for the 2007 Michigan QSO Party.

This year, a plaque for the "MiQP Rookie Of The Year" will be awarded to 
the top score who meets the following qualifications:

- Michigan Single-Ops or Mobile Single-Ops only
- Never before participated in MiQP, either as a single-op or as an op 
on a multi-operator team

This plaque has been made available through the generous sponsorship of 
Steve Murphy, N8NM, and is intended to encourage interest amongst hams 
who are new to MiQP.

Information on this new plaque will be included in future announcments 
concerning MiQP 2007.
