[MiQP-Mail] 2007 MiQP Planned Operations Map Updated Again

Based on latest iinput, the map was updated again with W8ZHO in MUSK, 
W8OAK in OAKL, KG8CO in MACK, and the WT9u/m route.  Also, it is K8IR/m 
not K8MR/m who will be swapping mobile QRM with W8MRM/m in the UP.
