[MiQP-Mail] All Counties Covered for 2008!

Thanks to the flexibility of the K8BB/m team, we can now announce that 
all 83 Michigan counties have planned operations for MiQP 2008.  The map 
on the MiQP home page has been updated to portray this, as well as 
adding K9TM's planned fixed station operation from MONR.

It would be great if we could some fixed stations in the yellow counties 
to augment the mobile operation.  It's surprising nobody has announced a 
fixed station operation for LENA, or some of the usual counties around 
Traverse City.  Anybody up for a Field Day style operation in a yellow 
county?
