Planning my effort again as N1IW/8 from MTMO (Atlanta, MI). Will be
upgrading the rig from an IC-706MKIIG to an IC-7000. Work me early, work me
often! I plan to follow the mode change and band change recommendations in
rule 7.

I've been waiting to hear what activity is being planned, so as to work my
route around other activity to optimize county coverage.  Hearing nothing,
