[MiQP-Mail] UTC vs EDT

EDT and UTC are four hours off, so either way works.  
 
No so during the winter, when EST and UTC are five hours apart.

I know for you Easterners saving  daylight it doesn't make any difference,
but does the suggestion refer to  UTC or EDT?  For those of us remaining on
MST year-round, UTC odd is  EDT even and vice versa.
