[MiQP-Mail] Logging Software updated

[Dave GVK]

For anyone using GenLog32 contest software, Dave has updated it to v 
7.4b which has all the latest MIQP revisions needed.

Not sure how widely used GenLog is but I have been using it for years. 
Did I mention its free.
