This is the best MQP score I have ever had.  

It was a very different contest from the last two years for me.  I heard and worked many more in state stations than the last two years.  I made a point to try to get phone QSO's (not my favorite mode).  I actually had a 40 meter phone run between 5:30 and 6:30 local time--fun for a CW guy.

I had a hard time getting things going on CW in the evening.  I kept plugging but it was not what I expected.  So it was a good afternoon and a not so good evening.

I worked DL2HBX (Uli) a couple of times and actually talked to him for a minute on 20 Meter Phone.  He mentioned working here in MI.

So it was different, fun, and a personal best.  What's not to like.  I hope everyone else had a great contest.
