[MiQP-Mail] Michigan Statehood 175th Anniversary is in 2012

I'd be in for that! Same anniversary, by the way, of the Toledo Strip 
issue resulting in the UP becoming part of Michigan.
Michigan statehood and the Toledo Strip dispute resolution part of same 
process.
