[MiQP-Mail] K8MR/M Route Info

Like the other Jim, K8 * R,  (as in  < I - R > ), I  have had several 
requests for route info.
 
Our plan is:

I figure about 30 minutes per county.
 
If we get an early start from Cleveland, we may skip the first county or  
two, giving us more time in the less common counties further north. If we are 
 running in really good time, we may add a few more, most likely CHEB/CHAR 
and/or  MISS.
