[MiQP-Mail] [MWA] New Michigan QSO Party Log Analyzer

The two *MI QSO Party Log Analyzers* have been updated to accommodate 
the mixture of 3- and 4-letter county abbreviations. The import and 
processing speed has been improved as well. The new versions are posted 
and available for download:
