[MiQP-Mail] N1IW/8 has submitted MiQP Plans

I've reviewed the various digital footprints and can find no evidence of a "system glitch".  Nor do I see any evidence of foul play.  The reflector archive has all the reflector emails, so it's not hard to look back and see how many plans changed.  They all look legit.  Someone went to the web page and entered the info into the page and submitted it.

The system is based on trust.  We do not want to have complicated log-in procedures or passwords, etc.  Doing so tends to limit legit users from entering in info as it is too complicated or too time consuming or requires giving too much info...

The point of this system is to make info available quickly with a limited amount of overhead.   It sure beats the old days when this all had to be done by hand (expecially if you're the one doing it by hand)!
