[MiQP-Mail] Plaque

Our beautiful plaque for High Score in Mobile-Multi arrived yesterday.  On
behalf of Eric, KG9GH, and myself, thanks to the  Oakland County ARS for
sponsoring the plaque and to the MRRC and MIQP Committee for running a fine
contest.
