[MiQP-Mail] MiQP Counties not represented

The updated MiQP workbooks are being posted as new activities are being

As of a few minutes ago, 71 of the 83 counties have been "spoken for" by 
at least one station. Here is the list of those counties that are 
"lonely" and are begging for activity:

Alpena
Antrim
Benzie
Cheboygan
Emmet
Keweenau
Lake
Montmorency
Otsego
Presque Isle
Wayne
Wexford


Topping the list of activity are Livingston with 5 stations and Ingham 
with 4 stations.

I still need clarification on the route order of the *W8UE/m* 
activations.They are currently listed alphabetically as posted on the 
reflector.
