[MiQP-Mail] MIQP Plaque

The UPS man showed up at my door today with the beautiful 1st Place Plaque
for Multi-Op Mobile for the 2017 MIQP.  Thanks to MRRC for sponsoring the
contest and to the Oakland County Amateur Radio Society for sponsoring the
plaque.   CU in 2019.
