The *2020 MiQP Excel workbook* has been posted for download when 
following this url:

It lists all registered fixed stations who have posted their planned 
participation and location. This year there are no mobile county 
activations planned so this tool is probably not as helpful as in the 
past. But as the saying goes "it's better than nothing"!

I will post a final version Friday evening.
