[MiQP-Mail] Bands?

Thanks for the Qs, Glenn.

I got on 20m just after noon and was moderately successful. I made about 
50 contacts in an hour. Right after 1pm, though, the band seemed to just 
go away here, and I switched to 40m, where I had a lot more success.
