Is W8ZZ going to be a "Rover type" (Rover's aren't a "real"
category in MiQP, but there's nothing against an operator moving
his/her station from place to place, setting up as portable, and
giving out a new county), or will he/she be mobile?

Or. since W8ZZ is Detroit Amateur Radio Association, will four
or more folks from the Detroit area go up to their summer
cabins/mansions in these counties, and set up simultaneous
operations, following the stellar example of Michigan QRP
operators last year who managed to muster 6 or 7 K6JSS/COUNty
simultaneous operations?

In any event, several of the counties of choice are typically
rare counties, so GO for it W8ZZ, GO FOR IT!
