Special Interest counties WILL be run.  Counties in parens are drive 
throughs and probably will not be run.  If I fall behind my schedule, I 
will skip some of the planned stops to be sure I get to Barry before 2300 
Eastern.

This will be my first run in the MiQP.  I'm don't really expect to 
complete this list.  Everything after Barry is really guesswork.
