[MiQP-Mail] Mackinac 50th Certificate

Just my 2 cents, but I think the certificate, should it continue in
future years, will vary the word spelled each year.
 
Mackinac lends itself well to this year as it's the 50th Anniversary of
the Mackinac Bridge.
