[MiQP-Mail] 2008 MiQP observation from a Minnesota op

Very strange.  I operated most of the contest and I thought the mobiles did 
an
outstanding job of IDing.  I never heard a single mobile give his call 
without
/county.

(But even if a mobile op does not give /county, the listening station can 
tell what the
county is sinply by listening to the exchange.)

Occasionally, when working a big pileup, some of the mobiles just sent "TU"
after a QSO in an attempt to work down the pileup quickly, but I never
noticed anyone do this more than twice (and usually only once), meaning I
never had to wait more than a minute to figure out who I was listening to.
This is a good operating practice that I use myself sometimes to thin the
pile as fast as possible, and I'm always happy to see other mobile ops do
this.  It speeds things up and makes everyone's wait shorter.

The MIQP mobile ops were without exception top-notch!
