[MiQP-Mail] "Planned Operations" Map Updated

MiQPers:

With the contest only one day away now, I updated the map of planned 
operations on the MiQP Web Site home page.  Thanks to a last minute 
flurry of planned operation announcements, we're down to only five 
counties not spoken for:

ALCO, CHAR, CHEB, OSCO, TUSC

Maybe a nearby mobile will detour into some of these counties, or 
perhaps MiQPers in nearby counties can twist the arms of their neighbors 
to get on.
