[MiQP-Mail] Log Submissions Question

I vaguely remember that either Ohio or Michigan QSO Party has or had a 
separate "soapbox" submission process.

Is this the case for MiQP, or should I include a few lines of "Soapbox" 
inside the cabrillo file?
