[MiQP-Mail] Use of high bands in MiQP

Well said, Dave. Those of us on the left coast pray for high band openings 
since 40 is useless during the day this far away. I know I'll be checking 15 
around the announced frequencies a lot and have no problem asking stations to QSY 
if the band is open. As stated, random excursions there for a quick CQ or two 
can't hurt and I guarantee you I'll be there listening. Good luck to all and 
I sure hope condx are better than last weekend! 73...
