I think that informally this is the case.  It's how I do it and I know 
others do, too.  However, I don't think that anyone has ever made a
point to clarify it.

It sure would be nice if it were publicly clarified; but, it might not
be the purpose of the rules to do so.

I'm looking forward to working you all next weekend...  Jim, N9JF, I hope 
you work 'em all...I'm amazed that somebody hasn't yet!
