[MiQP-Mail] Mobiles on APRS

Any of you mobiles plan on running ARPS while you're out and about?

Just curious how that would fit into things. It would be neat to see the
moblies as the move about Michigan, but wonder if the Committee would
consider that a form of "DX Cluster Spotting" as we could tell when a
mobile entered a new county.

The MnQP had some mobiles that were on APRS, and even though I didn't
get to work much of the QP, it was nice to see the mobile progress.
