[MiQP-Mail] Mobiles on APRS

Frank, NF8M just asked me if anyone was using APRS for the MiQP, and we
agreed it would be assistance, but it would be NEAT and worth it to
enter Multi-Op just to be able to use it and see all the mobiles.  That
would be so cool.
