[MiQP-Mail] Mobiles on APRS

So, if I get on a DX cluster and GIVE spots, but don't look at any
spots, this would be an "ok way to stir up interest in MiQP?" I think
State QSO parties could use all the help they can muster to roust up
activity. MiQP is "reasonably populated", but many of the QSO parties
have puny participation. We could certainly use more in state operation
from fixed stations. We had less than 40% of the possible counties with
a fixed station, which is indicative of the level of recruiting done in
between the annual QSO parties.
I want to participate in SOAB/LP, and not be mixed in with the "big
guns" of multi op (HP), but I'd like to publicize MiQP as much as possible.
Regardless, I'm sure my puny antenna and moderate operating skills won't
compete with any of the 'big guns".
