The OQP date and time seems to have been changed from August.  Note the 
new Dates and Times: It is now being held the third full weekend of 
April. For 2007, the contest periods are 1800Z April 21 to 0500Z April 
22, and 1200Z to 1800Z April 22.

Oh?  What's this? Ontario?  That's not in Ohio.  How can Ontario usurp 
OQP?  :)

Actually this is a reminder that the Ontario QSO party is being run the 
same weekend as MiQP, so be on the lookout for stations from Ontario who 
will need a slightly different report (in addition to the regular MiQP
