I stand corrected. The call should be WC8RC, and it appears that the call is for the ARROW club, but I have heard WB8TKL in AA from the station, and he said that he was at the Washtenaw County Red Cross.
WC8RC makes more sense for their call.

Either way, glad to heard all the planned EOC activity this year...
