One could use dosemu and run your favorite DOS-based logger, or try
running a MS-Windows logger under wine or crossover.  NA runs fine under
dosemu. (You might need to unassign some of the Ctrl or Alt function-key
macros in your desktop so they work properly for changing bands and
modes.)

tlf, which K8GU mentioned, is the only Linux contest logging program that 
I know of. I haven't yet played with it enough to get to know it very 
well, much less figure out how to build custom templates.
