[MiQP-Mail] Logging programme for Linux?

You do not mention what 'flavor' (distro) of Linux you are using, so I can ONLY
tell what I have done personally.

I run Ubuntu on most of my systems here and WINE gets installed with no
hassles at all. WINE is a Windows emulator that goes up to Win 98 (maybe Win2k
even). I have loaded and ran N3FJP's programs and ROVERLog under Wine with
good success here.

N1MM logging WILL NOT run under WINE at all as it wants to access the web for
further updates. It just simply crashes.

As for controlling the radios and dong any automated CW, I have not tried any
of the logging programs to do that yet.

There is also xlog that will give you dupes in another window that I use for
any of the VHF+ contests that W8PGW does out at Domino's Farm each year.
Haven't used it for any HF yet.

Hope this helps some.
