[MiQP-Mail] Attention N1MM Users (additional info)

Perhaps if the N1MM programmers were to put in a algorithm in their 
setup screen to check for a "legitimate entry field" for the county or 
S/P/C then it would be impossible to finish the setup with "MI" in a "in 
state" operation.  This would NOT elminate the possibility that an 
operator chose the wrong county, but....

Or, at least have the setup screen put something like "State if out of 
state, or County if in state".

This "might" catch the eye of the person setting up for a contest.
