[MiQP-Mail] MiQP 2015 Planned Operations Page now QRV

We are happy to announce that the MiQP 2015 Planned Operations page on 
the MiQP web site http://www.miqp.org should be up and running.  Our web 
technologist K9TM reports that the map display is not working (Google, 
who supplies the map has changed how it works so our web site code 
doesn't work).  K9TM says he'll look into why the map isn't working but 
it may be next weekend or later before it gets fixed.  However, the 
table of counties and planned operations should be working so you can 
use the site now to stake your claim on the counties you want to activate.
